JACKSON STREET CONDOS

Prior to new development this site was occupied by a poorly constructed building that could not be improved significantly by renovation alone.

The pre-existing building was demolished and replaced with a new, three-unit building completed within a nine month period.

This replacement building evokes the Bay Area shingle style that is one of the prevailing architectural themes of this Pacific Heights neighborhood.
